Xiaomi Redmi Y1 vs. Redmi 4: Let's point out those differences

Xiaomi Redmi Y1 vs. Redmi 4: Let's point out those differences.

To introduce some changes in the area of less than Rs. 10,000, the first attempt of XMI includes a redmi Y-phone - which includes a 16 megapixel camera with MIUI 9, an LED flash and smart photo editing tricks. Now Xiamy has worked with the same camera and dual camera, but all the efforts of the photography department are mainly centered on the primary sensor / sensor. This, for some unknown reasons, is not enough ideas for self-sufficient cameras on boards on your phone. Radmi Y1 has changed a lot.

But take away the safe camera and it is not very different from the company's existing best-seller phone, Redmi 4. And yet, there are areas with battery capacity where the Redmi Y1 sees quite a cut. Here's a closer look.

(1). Radmi looks like very little Redmi Note 4. Only small. Because it borrows much from Radmi's Note 4 design aesthetics, so the Redmi 4 shares its equal size and downsides in equal measure. This is an observer, Redmi 4. There are absolutely no two ways to do this, like the Radmi Note 4, the Radmi 4 also comes in a matte black finish (and gold) which shows it a premium up market and it is clearly rejecting its value. It looks like an expensive phone, it's not quite expensive. On the other hand, Redmi Y1 looks like an expanded Redmi 4A, as a result, the redmi Y1 comes with an all-plastic body and the 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is curved on the front. The body of a metal or its lack is not necessarily a deal break, especially in this price segment. What's important - and surprising - is that the Redmi Y1 is beautiful and very ergonomic. It's a good looking plastic phone, Redmi Y1, and it definitely looks great. The phone, just you know, has a slight metal finish on the back, which is smooth for the touch and the competition behind the backtrack, the phone feels more comfortable in the hands.

(2). Both the Redmi Y1 and Redmi 4 have always fingerprint scanners (which work for the longest time until you do not have smooth or sweat fingers) and the physical capacitive keys on the front which are not backlit. Power button and volume rotation is on the right, while a dual-sim + micro-SD card slot is on the left. The point of note here is that when the Redmi 4 comes with a hybrid slot, the Redmi Y1 comes with a two slot dedicated to the SIM and a micro SD. Both Redmi 4 and Redmi Y1 have lower firing (mono) speakers.

(3). Radmi comes with a 4 5-inch 720p IPS LCD display. There are adequate and adaptive bright tasks about the level of glow as much as you want. Colors look rich and vibrant; It is slightly hot by default, but it has a manual correction mode which helps in achieving better results. Radmi Y comes with a 5.5-inch 720p screen, which is not as bright and colorful as a board on red-white. Both phones come with a built-in reading mode which changes color at the warm end of the spectrum for reading at night.

(4). The Redmi 4 is built with the Adreno 505 GPU by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor with 1.4 GHz octa core. It is available in three RAM options: 2 GB, 3 GB and 4 GB. While the 2 GB RAM version comes with 16GB of internal memory, the 3GB RAM comes with the 4-dimensional version 32 GB RAM. Top end radmi with 4 GB RAM 4, Meanwhile, ship with 64 GB internal memory. All versions support expandable memory Supports Radmi 4 Dual-SIM, 4G LTE and VoLTE.

(5). Radmi Y1 has been powered by a 1.4GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor that connects with Adreno 505 GPU. It is available in two RAM options: 3 GB and 4 GB while the 3GB RAM version comes with internal memory of 32 GB, while the 4GB Ram Redmi Y1 version comes with 64 GB RAM. All versions support expandable memory Redmi Y1 supports dual SIM, 4G LTE and VOLETE.

(6). Both phones come with IR-Blaster to control smart home appliances (in conjunction with the IMI Remote app or some third party solution). While the Redmi 4 comes with a massive 4,100 mAh battery, the Radmi Y1 has a small 3,080 mAh battery.

(7). The Redmi 4 Android 6.0.1 Marshmoolo (MIUI 8 based) runs a two-year-old operating system, when Google has already launched Android O. It will be advanced for the Android Nogate-based MIUI 9. Meanwhile, Redmi Y1, run Android Nogat-based MIUI 9.

(8). At the front of the camera, the 13 megapixel camera with F / 2.0 aperture in the Radmi 4 comes with the phase detection autofocus with an LED flash. Radmi Y1 ship with the same rear camera as an on-board radmi 4.

(9). Radmi Y1 comes with a 16-megapixel flash camera, which has MIUI 9 with an LED flash and smart photo editing tricks courtesy. On the other hand, the Redmi 4 comes with a 5 megapixel front camera.

(10). Redmi 4GB RAM and 16GB memory version is available for purchase at an initial price of Rs. 6,999, which is going up to Rs. 10,999 for the top 4GB RAM and 64 GB memory version.
